Conditions of the drafting unit
(1) The drafting unit shall be an enterprise related to the lighting industry, operate according to law and have strong technical capability;
(2) Attach importance to standardization work and standardization personnel capacity building, and have certain experience in standardization personnel capacity building and training;
(3) The participants of the unit should have a sense of responsibility and be willing to contribute to the work of standard preparation. It is preferred to be familiar with the working process of standard revision and standard preparation.

Obligations of the drafting unit
(1) It shall participate in the whole process of standard preparation and complete all tasks assigned by the standard preparation group on time;
(2) To be able to share the outstanding achievements of the unit in relation to the standard, so as to provide reference for the preparation of the standard;
(3) Actively put forward constructive suggestions in the process of compiling standards.
(4) To provide necessary human, material and financial support for the compilation of standards
