On July 76, the 2023 commercial fishing safety publicity consultation and fishing vessel emergency emergency drill sponsored by Quanzhou Ocean and Fisheries Bureau, Quanzhou Maritime Safety Bureau and Shishi Municipal Government was held in the Xiangzhi National Center Fishing Port. The drill consists of three parts: Marine fire emergency drill, Marine rescue drill for fishermen falling into the water, and fishing vessel oil spill accident disposal drill. Through the simulation of the accident, the Shishi Maritime Search and Rescue Branch Center cooperated with the Shishi Maritime and Marine fisheries department, the Xiangzhi Fishing Port Voluntary rescue Association and other relevant departments and Marine emergency forces, and coordinated up and down, dispatched fire boats, cleaning units, voluntary rescue boats, etc., to carry out firefighting, personnel rescue and oil spill treatment and other rescue and rescue operations. After emergency treatment, all drill subjects were successfully completed, and comments were made on site.
After the exercise, the awarding ceremony of “Quanzhou City 2022 Annual Safe Fishing Boat” was held.
It is reported that this activity aims to further improve the Marine fishery emergency rescue capacity, comprehensively promote the implementation of safety production emergency plan management, emergency system mechanism and emergency rescue team construction, test the scientific and operational nature of Marine fishery emergency rescue in our city, and reduce the damage to ship property and personnel lives caused by Marine emergencies. At the same time, improve the quality control requirements of the Manufacturer of fishing lights factory, whether the lamp holder of all fishing lights and the ballast of fishing lamp meet the requirements in terms of waterproof, high temperature, fire protection and other functions, and how these products perform in these environments under special circumstances.
